JOB DESCRIPTION Assist with planning community meetings and receptions for 50-100 people Refresh stations’ partner and influencer lists Research feature opportunities for community segments and shows Write engaging solution-focused articles for station websites Assist with planning and set up of dynamic live shots in the community Thought leader on digital community engagement opportunities Demonstrate good judgment, resourcefulness, confidence, and a positive attitude in response to viewer comments and requests Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs in execution of assignments Must be able to manage multiple assignments with short deadlines Spanish language writing and speaking proficiency a plus Schedule requirements: Hybrid work arrangement with minimum two days per week in office. Days flexible and dependent on tasks to be completed. Some early mornings, evenings and weekends based on department needs and intern availability.
