Programme Essentials To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria: Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025 Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026 We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than 1 Internship role to ensure that you are considered for the Internship that you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned to What will I be doing? As a Facilities Operations Intern, you will be supporting a busy projects team, responsible for all aspects of workplace related projects, real estate transactions and facilities management, from offices relocations, internal moves, refurbishments and build outs, lease renewals to helping roll out new initiatives and imbedding BAU FM practices. You will have exposure to all areas of the business, helping to understand the differing needs of each business unit and how to deliver best in class workplaces. Experience working in a fast-paced environment An understanding end to end project lifecycle An understanding of different contracting / outsourcing models and contract management Exposure to process improvement, data analytics and strategic reviews Wide exposure to all aspects of the NBCU business and experience in how the organisation operates Robust experience in employee engagement, providing excellent customer service in a service delivery lead environment
