Manager, Cyber Communications
This opportunity is become a key individual contributor in the NBCUniversal Cyber Security team and make an impact defending corporate resources, building relationships across business lines, and driving cyber defense across the business and the NBCU Enterprise. This position is responsible for creating and executing campaign packages to promote key cyber security messages across diverse audiences. It requires that the candidate gain deep understanding of NBCU Cyber services, industry-specific business risks, and the evolving cyber threat landscape. Responsibilities: Develop strategy: Create, implement, and coordinate marketing and communications strategies across four threads: Service Portfolio: Market our cyber security services and communicate engagement process Program Initiatives: Communicate program initiatives and impact on user groups Human Risk Awareness and Training: Create engagement campaigns to educate the enterprise on cyber threats and protection measures Strategic/Business Status: Support leadership communication rhythms, creating content for executive briefings and cyber team updates Innovate campaign process: Generate innovative ideas for content, workflow solutions, and alternative communication delivery methods (e.g., non-email). Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension. Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation Collaborate with others: Work with business area communication leads, Information Security Officers, service leads, Cyber leadership, and cyber security subject matter experts to ensure messaging is accurate, cohesive, and effective Identify audiences: Identify target audiences and stakeholders for each campaign workstream to ensure targeted, relevant, and timely touchpoints Create content: Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements. Track effectiveness: Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, events, and communication programs Manage content: Develop and manage content for the Cyber intranet, training library, communication workflows, and business briefings. Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Maintain brand guidelines: Adhere to brand usage guidelines and develop brand templates Manage third parties: Oversee and collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors as needed to provide surge support for creative services, web development, and data analytics Organize events: Organize internal virtual and in-person training and awareness events
