Manager, Real Time Graphics

The Manager, of Real-Time Graphics is responsible for leading and managing personnel and projects related to on-air graphics operations, teleprompter operations, and real-time graphics operations, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards. Job Duties Acts and serves as a point of contact between upper management and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication. Sets performance expectations, conducts ongoing performance evaluations and provides employees with pertinent feedback and coaching. Coordinates between graphic designers, developers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into projects. Implements processes for testing and reviewing graphics for accuracy, performance, and visual appeal. Allocates resources effectively, including personnel and software tools, to meet project demands. Addresses technical challenges and troubleshoots issues that arise during the development of real-time graphics. Oversees projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Remains updated on the latest tools and technologies for real-time graphics and assess their applicability to projects. Works under the direct supervision of the Director, Real Time Graphics, and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
