Production Manager, Milan Olympics

The Production Manager will work with the local Olympic operations team and features production team based in Connecticut in preparation for NBC Olympics’ coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympics in Milan, Italy. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Features Prod Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a primary liaison with all local filming partners and production entities for remote field operations. Identify, source, negotiate with local filming resources, vendors, locations, equipment rental companies, casting agency, industry partners. Organize all local logistical and operational aspects relating to local filming projects (permits, schedules, transportation, etc). Research and apply for and/all permits/permission related to filming projects. Provide logistical management and interpretation support on site for location scouting/surveying and/or filming. Provide additional operational support on various projects as assigned.
