Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: Strategy & Insights Telemundo’s Cross-Platform Analytics team delivers insights that guide content, marketing, and platform decisions across digital and social. We analyze performance across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms to inform strategy. This intern will support social analytics and competitive reporting while gaining hands-on experience in a bilingual media environment. Interns will collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Programming, and corporate teams. This role provides an excellent foundation in both social media strategy and data-driven storytelling. Assist with weekly social reporting (growth, engagement, benchmarks, campaign recaps) Monitor real-time trends and prep weekly social listening highlights, viral content, or potential crises, and provide timely alerts to relevant teams Help create dashboards and visual reports on campaign effectiveness Analyze both quantitative and qualitative social data to uncover actionable insights regarding audience perception and engagement Maintain Boolean queries and listening setups for key projects Transform social sentiment and performance data into clear, visually compelling presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders Pull data from native platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Present performance findings and key insights to stakeholders Collaborate with content and marketing teams to recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights Participate in deep dives and meetings with social editors Stay up to date on algorithm changes and platform trends
