UX Research Internships – Academic Year 2025-2026

Academic Year Recruitment Timeline:   April 21 – May 9: Applications Open (may close early due to applicant volume)  Early May – Mid June: First round video interviews   Mid June – Mid July: Second round interviews  Throughout July: Selected candidates receive offers  Academic Year Internship Program: Applications Close: May 9th at 11:59pm ET. Program Dates: September 15, 2025 – April 17, 2026 Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need.  We will do our best to accommodate course schedules. Operations & Technology: (O&T) is a $1B operating cash flow ($1.5B FCF) division of NBCUniversal. The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, Connecticut, and London.   Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: UX Research, Architecture & Design: Our UX team supports product design across multiple business functions, including Content Supply Chain, Tech Foundation, and Corporate Core. The UX Research intern will receive exposure to design operations at an enterprise-scale, including UX processes & design workflows. This role does not involve consumer-facing applications or consumer research.
