This role will be responsible for supporting clients at all levels, providing strategic input on organizational design, managing employee relations issues and investigations, supporting the performance management process, compensation planning, succession planning, and all other HR initiatives.

Role Purpose: The Contracts Specialist resides in the Intellectual Property (IP) Innovation, Technology, and Policy team, which provides strategic legal and policy counsel to NBCUniversal divisions worldwide on disruptive technologies, and negotiates transactions that leverage AI and other new technologies. Working closely with the team’s lawyers and administrative staff, the Contracts Specialist will support a wide range of matters relating to the drafting, negotiation, and oversight of agreements, including NDAs, AI-related agreements, IP licenses, and similar contracts.

The Manager, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for negotiating script development, series, writer/producer and other talent related agreements on behalf of Universal Studios Group in connection with scripted programming, including, but not limited to, negotiations related to the following: third-party script development agreements; license agreements; international co-production agreements; writer/producer, performer and other talent deals; co-productions; and product integrations. This individual will report to a VP, Business Affairs.

The Director, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for negotiating deals related to the development and production of scripted programming for the NBC broadcast network and Peacock streaming service. The role will include, but not be limited to, working with the internal NBCU studios, negotiating deals with third party studios, and handling various aspects of scripted programming from the perspective of the buying platform.

Overview: NBCU seeks a self-driven Coordinator to help request and manage Owned & Paid NBC Entertainment multiplatform campaign deliverables, including video spots, lower third graphics/snipes and in-event promotional assets. The NBC Multiplatform Coordinator will assist with the following: Support the Multiplatform Scheduling & Paid Media Teams to manage promotional asset requests tied to premiere plans, campaign rollouts and stunt strategies based on programming and company priorities.
