Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. Essential Functions Provide daily supervision of the duties, priorities, and workflows of Entertainment Audio/Video group, including Entertainment Technical Services (ETS) sub-group.

The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Peacock viewers via social platforms, chat, email and more.   Job Duties Providing customer service support for viewers through various channels, such as social media, phone, email, and chat. Expert in managing social media platforms in crafting creative responses both publicly and privately to our customers.

The Senior Manager, Content Strategy will be an integral member of the team responsible for developing Peacock and Bravo’s holistic slate strategy for unscripted content to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and viewership. The Content Strategy team works closely with stakeholders across NBCUniversal to align content strategy and execution to business KPIs. The Senior Manager position will report to the Vice President of Content Strategy.
