Role Summary: The Human Resources Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for assisting with the administration and implementation of various Talent Management Solutions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Background Checks, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems. Overview: Provides support across all phases of creative development. Responsibilities: Focus on Post-Production support. Will be a key team player in deploying creative to and through the finishing process working with our Writer/Producer/Editors. Assist with research, pulls, selects, and pre‑production tasks. Clean print approved rough cuts. Organize creative assets Support W/P/Es with rough assemblies and string‑outs. Communicate with cross‑functional partners and track project progress. A liaison between Graphic Designers, Writer/Producer/Editor, and Finishing teams.

Provide leadership for SAP BASIS activities, including oversight and accountability for delivery of services for ongoing projects and SRE operations. Be heavily engaged in NBC Universal Project Keystone. Keystone is a multiyear program to transform NBCU's existing Finance systems to SAP S/4. Understand the Cloud Computing technology concepts. Understand the nature of OLTP and OLAP systems, including specific roles of SAP SOH & S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP SLT, SAP NLS, SAP Process Orchestration, SAP Solution Management, SAP Gateway, SAP Enterprise Portal.
