The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.

Role Purpose Manager, Accounting and Reporting, participates in the day-to-day operations of the Studio Group Headquarters Controllership team, and will assist in a wide range of accounting and consolidation matters for Film and TV, including supporting financial reporting obligations to NBCUniversal Corporate, Comcast and external parties. NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The Coordinator, Media Strategy & Planning is responsible for supporting the Specialist, Media and Sr. Manager, Media in the planning and execution of all paid media plans supporting NBC Entertainment, Bravo & Peacock. Essential Responsibilities: Support the team in the development and execution of media strategies and plans for all supported shows Oversee the delivery of all creative materials between NBCU creative groups and all external partners/vendors.

This position is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement functions for Universal Studios Hollywood, overseeing daily procurement operations, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationships. The Sr. Manager will deliver procurement efficiency, beneficial spend economics and savings via utilization of sourcing strategies /best practices, on-time ordering accuracy, supplier compliance, and consistent execution across all Food & Beverage categories.
