NBCUniversal is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Capital Planning & Consolidation to join our West Coast Studio Operations (“WCSO”) and Global Real Estate (“GRE”) Team in University City, California, reporting to the VP, FP&A of West Coast Studio Operations and Global Real Estate. The NBCU portfolio consists of multiple business divisions across global locations. In this role, you will play a role in the development of WCSO and GRE capital budgets as well as GRE overhead planning and forecasting functions.

Summary: This position is on the Business & Legal Affairs (B&LA) team responsible for providing business and legal support for UP&E. UP&E B&LA handles the licensing of NBCUniversal film and television properties for merchandising, publishing, video games, digital and interactive uses, and commercial tie-ins/promotions.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week in the preferred locations of New York City, Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Los Angeles, California. The Senior eDiscovery Analyst will provide a wide range of technical services in support of electronic discovery. This responsibility extends to hands-on management of eDiscovery tools, including collecting, processing, loading, and producing electronic data in response to eDiscovery requests.

Summary The Maintenance Reliability Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems.

The NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Client Services, Culinary Assistant. You will be responsible for responsible for managing the day-to-day client services in the sound department’s ADR stages, TV stages, Feature stages and Mastering rooms. You will work with our on‐lot commissary, Bon Appetite, and other 3rd party vendors, to ensure client expectations are met on the stages.

The Director of Media will lead the strategy and development of paid media campaigns to drive awareness and intent for Universal’s Home Entertainment film and TV releases. This includes managing campaigns across new releases, catalog titles, and partner content.
