The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting (PA&R) position supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Power BI dashboard solutions used by HR and senior leaders, while helping to evolve those BI products into agentic, AI-enabled solutions that deliver automated insights and workflows. This role serves as a subject matter expert on Power BI, Snowflake, and core people data, partnering closely with PA&R Consulting, the Data & Analytics team, other IT counterparts, and Global HR to deliver accurate, secure, and actionable insights.

The Vice President, Global Retail Creative & Design is responsible for defining and leading the global creative vision for retail environments across UDX (Visual Merchandising & Store Design). This position will be responsible for growing revenue from Orlando-based ad agencies and direct advertisers, leveraging all US markets through NBCUniversal Local OTT and digital platforms including NBC Spot On featuring Peacock. The position requires TV ad sales experience, leveraging Telemundo’s linear TV stations in Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Myers, with emphasis on the Orlando DMA. The AE will develop an understanding of our ad products, leverage tentpole events and have solid consultative selling skills to be able to best develop solutions to meet client needs.

Role Summary: The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting position is responsible for facilitating and completing reporting across NBCUniversal and Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) while collaborating with key stakeholders. This role also involves participation in reporting systems design and testing, providing back-up support for day-to-day dashboarding/reporting troubleshooting, and assisting with special projects as needed.
