This position will be responsible for growing revenue from Orlando-based ad agencies and direct advertisers, leveraging all US markets through NBCUniversal Local OTT and digital platforms including NBC Spot On featuring Peacock. The position requires TV ad sales experience, leveraging Telemundo’s linear TV stations in Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Myers, with emphasis on the Orlando DMA. The AE will develop an understanding of our ad products, leverage tentpole events and have solid consultative selling skills to be able to best develop solutions to meet client needs.

Perform daily functions of Payroll Operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of payroll, including planning and direction of workflow to complete the weekly payroll cycle in accordance with established deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll. Organize and manage payroll workflows to consistently meet processing deadlines. Research and resolve employee payroll inquiries submitted through AskHR and shared inboxes.

Role Summary: The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting position is responsible for facilitating and completing reporting across NBCUniversal and Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) while collaborating with key stakeholders. This role also involves participation in reporting systems design and testing, providing back-up support for day-to-day dashboarding/reporting troubleshooting, and assisting with special projects as needed.
