Role Summary Director, Compensation will manage compensation programs – salary merit process, bonus planning and long-term incentive plans. In addition, will conduct data analysis related to the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, employee recognition, and deferred compensation.

The Senior Financial Analyst for East Coast TV Production is an integral part of the O&T finance and operations teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will be managing the day to day financial activities for a ~$100MM OCF business and a $20M capital budget.
