Role Summary: The Director, Corporate Strategy & Development is a key part of a lean team identifying and shepherding organic and inorganic growth opportunities across the portfolio of businesses included in Comcast’s upcoming spin-off transaction (referred to here as “SpinCo”). The group provides strategic support and thought partnership to the CEO and COO/CFO on all companywide growth priorities, as well as partnering with business leaders across the company in their core business priorities and examining potential acquisition targets.

Role Summary The Senior Analyst, Corporate Development & Strategy is a key part of a lean team identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities across the portfolio of businesses included in Comcast’s upcoming spin-off transaction (referred to here as “SpinCo”). The group provides deal support and strategic partnership to the CEO and COO/CFO on all companywide priorities, as well as examining potential acquisition targets and partnering with business leaders across the company in their core business priorities.

Role Purpose The Manager of FP&A is responsible for managing financial planning and forecasting at SpinCo. This role will have significant interaction with Business Unit and Corporate leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the manager will participate in /coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

Role Purpose The Senior Finance Analyst of FP&A is responsible for assisting in the financial planning and forecasting for SpinCo. This role will interact with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting, and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

Role Purpose: The Senior Director serves a key role on the SpinCo centralized Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Vice President with responsibility for planning, analysis, and reporting of SpinCo Revenue, EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow metrics. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the full planning process for a publicly traded company.

Role Purpose The Senior Manager serves a key role on the SpinCo Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Vice President with responsibility for supporting FP&A process across all of SpinCo’s various network and digital businesses. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the full planning process for a publicly traded company.

Role Purpose: The Director serves a key role on the SpinCo centralized Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Vice President with responsibility for supporting FP&A process across all of SpinCo’s various network and digital businesses. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the full planning process for a publicly traded company.

Role Purpose: The Treasury team’s responsibilities include capital markets activities, rating agency initiatives, corporate finance analysis and cash management. This position’s primary responsibilities will include financial modeling with a focus on analyzing SpinCo’s cashflow, earnings statement and balance sheet. The ideal candidate excels in financial modeling and must have sufficient familiarity with a corporate financial model to run scenario analyses based on different return of capital and strategic activity assumptions.
