NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Corporate Governance/Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) to support corporate governance, legal entity management, and compliance for its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries. This role sits within a high-impact Corporate Secretary team that serves as the central resource for legal entity formation, governance, and compliance across NBCUniversal’s global portfolio of businesses.

This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of commercial transactions with a focus on software, artificial intelligence, and other technology and business counseling matters for the Global Streaming businesses including Peacock and international projects powered by the Peacock platform. This role will report to the division’s Vice President.

Role Purpose: The Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs will serve as the primary legal point of contact and “mini general counsel” embedded within an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal, acting as the principal legal interface between this new initiative and NBCUniversal's broader legal organization.

The Business Analytics & Research (BAR) group is part of NBCUniversal’s Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology (IPAOT) team responsible for supporting NBCUniversal’s content globally. The BAR team combines data science, economics, consumer research, and business analytics to understand how audiences discover and consume content, quantify the impact of piracy on NBCUniversal businesses, evaluate the effectiveness of content protection efforts, and identify emerging risks in the rapidly evolving digital media ecosystem.
