Role Summary The Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct data analysis related to the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, employee recognition and deferred compensation.

Job Summary This role will be responsible for providing Techno-Functional SAP applications support for the Global Payroll Systems organization including but not limited to Union Payroll, Benefits and Pension, Health & Welfare (PH&W) projects, audits & data requests. Responsibilities: Manage Union payroll special projects including day-to-day Pension Health & Welfare (PHW) application requests.
