ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

O&T includes domestic television production operations, Universal Studio operations, global technical operations, information technology, and media products & advanced technologies. O&T also includes corporate service functions, including environmental health & safety, facilities, security, and crisis management.
