OVERVIEW CNBC Digital is looking to hire an Associate Editor on the APAC team, based in Singapore under a Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months. In this role, you will collaborate with CNBC’s digital news team during Asia’s business day to assign, edit and write stories – all while meeting tight deadlines. You should have strong planning skills, some experience in mentoring junior reporters, and a desire to excel at curating the front page of a website while effectively communicating across teams.

The Graphics Intern will be a part of the CNBC International Graphics team in APAC that contributes to the output of daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will be trained and guided by experienced Graphic Designers to develop and generate a range of visuals for live TV broadcast. Using your design skills, you will develop and create high quality, visually captivating and accurate Artwork to inform our audience across news stories.

The Digital Design Intern provides support to the Events and Programming team, assisting with creating still and motion graphics for CNBC International’s digital outlets, including desktop and mobile services and social media accounts. The role is ideal for university undergraduates aspiring to explore a career in design, video production, social media and/or journalism. There may also be opportunities to participate in learning and development programs and events led by the NBCUniversal Early Careers team, including contributing to the Company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The Video Editing Intern will be a part of the CNBC Video Editing team in APAC that contributes to the output of quality live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will receive training and guidance by experienced video editors on how to produce visual aids for the daily live TV news programs. There may also be opportunities to participate in learning and development programs and events led by the NBCUniversal Early Careers team, including contributing to the Company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The Studio Operations Intern will be a part of the CNBC Studio technical production team in APAC that outputs daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will be trained and guided by experienced Studio Directors to operate equipment in a studio and control room effectively. You will be able to experience and participate in both CNBC’s live and pre-recorded TV news programmes.

OVERVIEW As the Digital News Editor, APAC, you will be at the core of the editorial team, responsible for breaking, assigning, editing and writing news stories throughout Singapore’s business day. Your role will involve updating the CNBC.com website, coordinating with various teams and covering breaking news – all within tight deadlines.
