Role Purpose Syndication Studios is responsible for the production, sales, and distribution of NBCUniversal products to broadcast television within the United States. The division develops and produces first-run programming and distributes these shows, along with off-network content, in broadcast television as well as digital and streaming platforms. This role will report directly to the VP, Programming and Development.

The Production Assistant for Terrace Studios is responsible for supporting all departments of the show as assigned. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a small team to ensure all needs and production tasks are executed flawlessly within strict deadlines. This position will report to the Production Manager.

Job Description Responsibilities: Accounting duties, including but not limited to: Enforcement of all Production Accounting guidelines/procedures as outlined in the studio manual. Accurately and timely file all financial transactions into Scenechronize, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), journal entries, distribution changes, and purchase cards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Scenechronize. Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for all relevant transactions. Monitor the progress of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals.
