Programme Essentials To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria: Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025 Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026 We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than 1 Internship role

The Finance Assistant will contribute to the function by carrying out a range of duties that include (but are not limited to): Manage the AR process from Invoice to Receipt and ensuring target debtor days outstanding are achieved. Management of bank reconciliations and accurate recording of cash payments and receipts. Review and preparation of journal entries as part of monthly cycle Assisting with management of the accounts payable process for our French and Australian entities Assistance with preparation of VAT returns and regular EU filings on a timely basis.
