In this role, you will be responsible for developing analysis of the operations work planning, work completion, and financial impacts as well as managing our team of third-party vendors that work in support of the facility. You will be a “go-to” resource, with excellent communication and presentation skills for all things operations and vendor support.

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager of Transportation to join the Studio Operations team in Universal City, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team that includes Local 399 Class A/B/C drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, DOT administrators, and service personnel. You will oversee vehicle rental scheduling, process accounts payable and receivable invoices, manage a fleet of production vehicles, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with production teams, including Television and Features, as well as internal departments.
