12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) ROLE PURPOSE The HR Manager works across both Production and Corporate environments. Supporting our growing TV, Film & Theatre Production businesses in Australia and New Zealand the HR Manager, is responsible for providing HR leadership, advice and coaching to production leadership teams and contracted cast and crew members.

You will be responsible for two distinct job responsibilities Franchise Management and Retail Marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing franchise and retail marketing plans with retailers and key licensees, that leverages the richness of NBCUniversal’s entertainment content to build a sustainable business that achieves annual revenue targets.

The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering long term businesss relationships and maintaining client satisfaction across a portfolio of our golf course partners. Relationship management will be at the core of this role, managing key partner clients, growing the accounts through up-selling products, driving revenue and retaining courses through adoption of best practises and use of our products and services.

The Manager, Contract Operations, is an integral member of UP&E, responsible for providing operational support to the UP&E APAC team across all categories (Toys & Hardlines, Fashion & Living and Food, Beauty & Care, Publishing). The primary focus will be driving operational excellence in the contract lifecycle, business development to drive growth, contract negotiations with key partners and to support both regional and country teams.
