Up to 3 years FTC The Sr manager Billing Operations is responsible for leading all international billing process of Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash processes for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations.

The Sr Analyst Billing Television Distribution (TVD) is responsible for the accurate pricing set up and ensuring accurate invoicing (yearly billing USD 4+ billion) of our TVD, Airline and Picture box’s customer according to SLA’s. This is achieved by supporting the governance model of the Global Finance Customer Operations (GCFO) and external BPO organisation. This entails supporting, further improving, and safeguarding the processes, controls, setting clear expectations, goals and KPI’s.

Accounting, Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including analytical reviews Review schedules required for Quarter close: rental and cost accruals, title allocations, rebate accruals & any others as required Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analysis of performance metrics Support by title P&L pacing, overheads and cash flows forecasting Liaise with the Assistant Controller to ensure all postings are made correctly and the accounts are accurately presented Primary contact for all adhoc FP&A queries Data Ana
