We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor of Night Operations to lead our Custodial team in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of our Theme Park. This individual is responsible for managing the Night Operations team of 200+, including the night-to-night operation of the theme park. This individual will ensure that the theme park environment is clean, safe, maintained in a presentable fashion, while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements.

The Marketing Paralegal will assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences, including Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Horror Unleashed, and Universal Kids Resort, with review of marketing and advertising collateral including press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content for compliance with trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review of scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

Responsible for daily supervision the operation of quick service branded restaurants. With the direction of the Restaurant Managers, execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards.

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Management department which is responsible for performing strategic and financial analysis for Universal Studios Hollywood attendance and product offerings. By providing high-quality, thoughtful insights, the Senior Financial Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the short-term and long-term financial success for Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Sous Chef would primarily be responsible for all culinary offerings in a designated area of Universal Studios Hollywood. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service at all levels. This position in culinary is responsible for supervising and developing teams working across Universal Studios Hollywood.

Summary The Construction Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage in field construction activities for infrastructure projects at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

The Assistant General Manager, Margaritaville will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Essential Functions Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

The Retail Warehouse & Distribution Manager plays an integral role in ensuring all Retail merchandise flows efficiently and accurately from the Warehouse to each Retail venue on-time and ready for our guests. The Retail Warehouse & Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of shipping, receiving, storage, transfers, and space maximization. This role includes budget management, staff training, scheduling, discipline, and supervision to maintain productivity and accuracy.

Summary The Maintenance Reliability Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems.

The Manager, Figure Finishing, is responsible for day-to-day management of all figure finishing technicians, department budgets, contracts, and programs/projects needed to support figure finishing for Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). This position will be responsible to ensure best practices and procedures reflect performance criteria set forth by the department to meet the goals and objectives related to show quality and reliability Responsible for daily operation of the Figure Finishing Department.
