Project Manager

The Project Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the design and construction of themed environments at Universal Studios Hollywood. Projects include retail, restaurants, facades, wayfinding graphics, kiosks, carts and area development items. The Project Manager should be a proactive problem solver who also possesses broad knowledge in facility design management, production, scenic techniques and materials. The Project Manager will be working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Project Scheduler

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project life cycle, concept design through turnover, for each of the projects that Universal Creative undertakes. In addition, an important function is to assist the Master Scheduler in collecting, integrating and monitoring current project schedules, future projects and anticipated projects into a Portfolio Master Schedule that tracks and monitors all current, future and projected projects for USH Creative senior management.

Sr Manager, Ride/Show Engineering

Sr Manager, Ride/Show Engineering

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

Show Coordinator

Show Coordinator

The coordinator assists with attraction documentation, including but not limited to deliverables lists, request for proposal (RFP) documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, and all other pertinent attraction records and with administrative and clerical processes in support of the development of projects. Includes both routine and non-routine administrative assignments in support of the project team.

Vice President, Development & Delivery

The Vice President of Development & Delivery is responsible for providing strategic oversight and business direction of destination and design development, including major attractions, food & retail, and live entertainment venues, such as CityWalk; parking structures; and destination-wide landscapes. Leads all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, and project completion within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.
