The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. The Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple Quick Service venues, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venues. This position will directly supervise a team of assistant managers. In the Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness and guest service standards.
