Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), the world's largest working movie studio and theme park, is looking to fill an Analyst role in the Field Services area. This position will be a team member of the Field Services team who support all Point of Sale (POS) systems for USH. The systems include Ticketing, Food, Retail and Parking. This is a role which requires the ability to work in various capacities within the department ranging from Analysts to Phone Dispatcher. This position is responsible for all hardware and software associated with these applications.

As part of UDX’s Digital and Technology team, the Optimization Analyst will play an essential role on the team responsible for enhancing and innovating the guest experience at Universal Studios Hollywood through the design and activation of experiments across multiple channels. This individual will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to improve key performance metrics across our digital platforms.

The Manager Digital CX & E-Commerce is responsible for destination programs that evolve the Universal Studios Hollywood business, improving the entire guest digital journey inside and outside of the Park. This role is constantly looking forward with partners across Universal Destinations and Experiences to identify, solution and deliver improved guest experiences in the medium- and long-term. This role puts the guest first and has a high focus on ownership, diving deep to understand our guests, advocating on their behalf, and clear consistent internal communications.
