The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

The Vice President, Technology Operations is responsible for the destination operational excellence of technology services (applications, infrastructure, field support) for Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), while also collaborating cross‑functionally across Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX). They also serve as the key technology engagement executive for global UDX Digital & Technology initiatives that integrate with each business location, ensuring there is bi-directional collaboration and accountability for technology services & initiatives.
