Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping of all goods and related supplies used by the specific departments. Responsible for the warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse. Responsible for shipping, stocking, and rotation of food product to the venues. Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.
