The Meteorologist is responsible for anchoring, reporting and covering weather related news. This position will report to the Chief Meteorologist. Responsibilities: WTMO in Orlando, FL is looking for an experienced, skilled meteorologist to anchor and produce weather segments across all content platforms, including on-air and the station’s website. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Gather and prepare weather information for on-air presentation in the WTMO newscasts and special reports outside of regularly-scheduled newscasts.

The Multimedia Journalist is responsible for shooting, writing & editing news stories on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Will shoot, write & edit news stories on a daily basis for station’s newscasts, recorded programs and/or other live, station broadcasts – either in the studio or out on location. Works directly with News Producers on story ideas and development. Presents completed stories that are accurate, journalistically sound, fair and balanced. Will report Live during newscasts and breaking news as needed, either in studio or out in the field.
