NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Salesforce DevOps to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce DevOps practices. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with a passion for automation, scalability, and team enablement. You will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end release pipeline, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs.

The engineer will work within a dedicated team of network and firewall engineers tasked with building reliable and scalable network infrastructure for NBCUniversal’s broadcast and media production facilities.

The Manager of Post Support Engineering will lead a team of engineers responsible for supporting our cloud-based and on-prem environments for NBCUniversal O&T. The core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) overseeing day-to-day Post Production ticket escalation across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring all staff is documenting and is trained on new processes and technology. This position requires a thorough understanding of Avid, Adobe, Resolve, encoding and various asset management systems.
