The Engineering Experience (EngEx) organization at NBCUniversal is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead technical direction, architecture, and strategy across our developer platforms and cloud enablement stack. This is a strategic enterprise-level role with direct influence over how NBCUniversal’s engineers build software. A critical component of this role will be to drive the adoption and integration of AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides engineering support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include complex downtime investigation and troubleshooting of ongoing issues, reverse engineering and redesign, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions. Additional duties include complex re-design and development efforts for mechanical / structural systems of theme park rides and attractions to provide increased reliability and operational improvements.

The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning. This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills.
