JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the BIM Manager is to lead the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to enhance project delivery and collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects through their lifecycle. The BIM Manager, serves as the technical expert for the project team, ensuring that BIM processes are effectively utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Development: Drafting option/purchase agreements (and option/quitclaim agreements), option extension letters/amendments, writer agreements, director agreements, producer agreements, copyright assignment agreements, novation agreements, turnaround letters, certificates of engagement, licence agreements, services agreements, publisher’s quitclaims, co-development and co-production agreements and acting agreements.

Summary Direct the operation of 8-12 quick service branded restaurants with sales volume ranging from 20M-30M per year. Responsible for implementation of strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits while adhering to quality, cleanliness and guest service standards. Ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. Essential Functions Fluent understanding of restaurant & food service P&L’s (labor & food & beverage costs), financial metrics & venue budgets.
