Assisting the creative team on product development and approvals for fashion, living, consumables, beauty and care categories. Receiving, sending & unpacking samples.

Assisting with funding applications to Screen Australia and state funding agencies. Corresponding with creatives (or their agents) and content commissioners in relation to the production of scripted and unscripted content. Corresponding with production crew about general Matchbox production process queries. Archiving production paperwork and data upon completion of shoot and post.

Assisting with the drafting and execution of ‘chain of title’ documentation (agreements relating to the development of television projects) and other agreements. Corresponding with talent and literary agencies and other third parties, e.g. broadcaster personnel. Assisting with production-related clearances as necessary (with the supervision and guidance of the Matchbox BALA team). Assisting with the maintenance of company template agreements. Conducting legal research on behalf of the Matchbox BALA team, as may be required.

Regular Weekly Duties: Attend weekly Marketing and Publicity team WIPs Sign up to and review daily Social Diary EDM for new database contacts and for new product launches, publicity opportunities, updated contacts and report key headlines weekly.
