12 month fixed term contract (mat cover) Duties and responsibilities: The Finance Assistant reports to the Head of Finance & Operations. The responsibilities are: Invoicing of Producer fees and reconciling with external accountants on participation statements. This is highly sensitive information and good numeracy skills are required for this task. Updating an excel worksheet to be shared with the Head of Finance which is time sensitive in many cases. Managing and capturing the data for recharges to be invoiced to various productions monthly.

Role Purpose Director, Studio Group Controllership - Participations & Residuals Accounting, will be responsible for the Participations & Residuals (“P&R”) accounting and reporting of both Film and TV. The role is in a complex and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth including policy and processes alignment efforts following the recent integration of Film and Television P&R into one Studio Group P&R Accounting team as well as involvement in the implementation of SAP S/4 across NBCUniversal (underway now, with a 2026 go-live).

This position is responsible for the analysis, interpretation and set-up of Television participation reporting. This individual will be a key member of the team providing analysis, leadership and expertise to maximize productivity, while ensuring quality throughout the entire reporting process.

The Director of Controllership, SAP S/4 Transformation is a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone. You will work with colleagues across the Global Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. This role will support the Studios Group business line, serving as the business unit’s main point of contact and liaison.
