Programme Essentials To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria: Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025 Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026 We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than 1 Internship role to ensure that you are considered for the Internship that you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned to What will I be doing? Carnival Films is one of the UK's leading TV Drama production companies. As Development Intern you will be assisting the development team and learning about the process of bringing scripted drama from initial idea to greenlight. The role involves managing submissions of materials, compiling project-specific research, reading and reporting on books and scripts and completing rights checks. You will provide valuable support with the day to day admin of the team including the updating of databases, managing development-related purchases, and creating and distributing weekly alerts and memos, as well as providing cover for the Development Assistant when they are away, and occasional front-of houses duties if required.
