Job Purpose The Traffic Assistant is responsible for the support and operational functions related to commercial bookings, scheduling, invoicing and mainly contract reporting for Commercials and Sponsorship campaigns booked to into CNBC International EMEA & LATAM broadcast schedules. They are part of the Sales team as an important functional part of the sales execution. They will work closely with the Traffic Director, and Traffic Manager to provide exceptional client service to the advertising sales team daily, as well as partner networks across NBCUniversal.

The Executive Assistant is a full-time position in NBCUniversal's Technical Operations organization and provides administrative support to the SVP, Media Operations. The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, keeping scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to develop and manage team and site engagement activities.

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the Fleet leadership team and support ongoing initiatives under Fleet Operations. Job Duties Tracks fuel and mileage for production fleet vehicles and analyzes data to monitor efficiency of gas/mileage for ongoing production needs/requests. Coordinates and schedules repairs for fleet vehicles as assigned by Fleet Manager.

The Administrative Assistant will work under the direction and guidance of the Executive Assistant and the VP, Business Strategy to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman, NBCU Entertainment & Studios.

This position requires a service-oriented person with a very good eye for details with database and inventory experience to juggle administrative support with managing an inventory of hardware assets deployed on NBC Universal film productions and term deals. Candidate must be able to manage a fast-paced environment with many interruptions. Accuracy is paramount in this position. Must have strong people and service skills and must be able take ownership and work well within a varied and dynamic team.
