Freelance Scheduling Coordinator - NBC Sports

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 7 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Responsibilities Schedule Studio & Field Operations personnel Build crewing spreadsheets based on information you will acquire from various schedules Coordinate facilities & schedules with staff and freelancer manpower Hiring point person for Studio & Field operations freelancers Inputting personnel into internal system, SCORE Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies Work closely with show Directors, Producers and APs to assess production manpower needs Works closely with Technical Managers and Production Managers to help solve any crew issues Onboarding of new technicians Learn and comprehend all below the line positions May perform other duties as needed or assigned
