Programme Essentials To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria: Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025 Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026 We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than 1 Internship role to ensure that you are considered for the Internship that you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned to What will I be doing? The Operations intern role is designed to support the Operations team in all day-to-day requirements, supporting the entire Content Group team operationally. The Content Group is a dynamic and pivotal team in the business and we work on a range of content unique to the average big studio titles, namely Feature Films, Docs, TV, Kids and Special Interest. You will be completing tasks such as: Setting up crucial screenings on our online viewing platforms, for both internal and external contacts Raising POs and invoices Researching assets for older titles Helping to take delivery of our content Organising delivery of content to film festivals Ensuring Content Protection measures are adhered to Generally leveraging efficiency throughout the team What will I learn from this opportunity? The Operations intern will become a super user of our online secure screening systems and be the go-to person for these requests throughout the placement. You will become familiar with some financial processes such as raising POs, setting up new vendors & customers and raising invoice requests. Most importantly, you will learn how the media industry works operationally; how we bring content into the business, why and how we carry out quality checks (QCs), how we strive to protect our content, always, and who we communicate with along the way, which can be anyone from artists, talent and agents to licensors, producers and vendors. You will become familiar with all the processes and systems we use internally to get a title from delivery to release.
