The Decision Sciences division at NBCUniversal Media Group helps drive advanced analytics by building and integrating pragmatic data science principles and products throughout the Company. The division focuses primarily on decision science analyses to support and inform strategy and key business decisions and building advanced data products to help enable more data-enhanced decision making. This Senior Data Scientist role is dedicated to advancing content value forecasting for Peacock through robust machine learning models and close collaboration with stakeholders. The position plays a pivotal role in aligning NBCUniversal's approach to content valuation across platforms, ensuring consistency and insight-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Develop and implement state-of-the-art models to forecast content value for Peacock with high accuracy and reliability. Maintain and optimize data pipelines for seamless delivery and integration of content value forecasts. Build trust with stakeholders by understanding their needs and designing solutions that are customized to meet both their immediate priorities and long-term goals Support the unification of NBCUniversal’s content valuation by aligning and integrating forecasting methodologies across platforms. Leverage predictive analytics to provide actionable insights that guide strategic content-related decisions. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
