Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the internal teams & PMO to ensure proper support is provided, working closely with facility mangers to assist in supervising and inspecting all repair and maintenance programs/vendors, responding to and addressing facility related issues/repairs. Additionally, the role will be responsible for special projects as assigned. Coordinates with internal Facilities Team & Building Property Management Office for various fire alarm system shutdowns Work closely with our finance department to maintain operating financial support and reporting; to include the submission and oversight of all purchase orders for facility related vendors. Partner with our facilities help desk and facility managers to ensure work orders are being reported, tracked, and addressed in an effective and timely manner. Proactively identify and implement efficiency strategies across the operation. Conduct floor walks, enter work orders, and assists in managing repairs to ensure space is maintained to a best-in-class environment.
