Live Events Operations Manager - NBC Sports, Philadelphia

Responsibilities: Oversee all operational aspects of over 300 live sporting events per year Execute remote production needs such as scheduling crew, ordering onsite facilities, transmission and creating and distributing paperwork Support the Live Events production team and onsite technical crew by serving as onsite Tech Manager when needed Maintain inventory of Live Events related equipment Help manage the Live Events budget, including monthly forecasting, payroll and invoice processing Collaborate with other departments and personnel to execute various initiatives and improve production workflows Support the integration of new technologies into the broadcast Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and team partners Understand and proactively navigate the constantly evolving production landscape
