The Enterprise Product Consumer Data team is responsible for collection, standardization, and democratization of data across NBCUniversal to enable activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Specialist to join our Enterprise Product Consumer Data team. As the Applications Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution, maintenance, and enhancement of features related to Applications and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). As the Applications Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in our data-driven environment, contributing to the growth and success of our products and services. Duties and Responsibilities: The Applications Product Specialist will report to the Applications Manager, Product. The Applications Product Specialist will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and leadership, to assist in executing product roadmap initiatives effectively. Contribute to the development and management of a knowledge base or documentation repository where product-related information and best practices are stored and easily accessible. Assist in analyzing data collected from the product to derive insights and trends, helping the team make informed decisions Help gather and analyze user feedback and customer surveys to identify areas for improvement and inform product development decisions. Support the Applications Product Owner and Manager in defining and prioritizing tasks aligned with organizational goals. Assist in documenting clear and comprehensive requirements for engineering tasks, ensuring alignment with stated product goals. Participate in the implementation of product enhancements and improvements. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback under the guidance of the Applications Product Manager, identifying areas for improvement. Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and assist in gathering product requirements. Provide support in obtaining appropriate business and legal approvals for data onboarding, access, and usage. Assist in ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
