Manager, Data Visualization & Design

The Data Visualization & Design team is part of the Sales Enablement team within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. The Sales Enablement team works with sales to provide consistent, customized messaging to all clients and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for designing RFP response decks in a visually compelling way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished materials within a 48-hour period. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast paced matrixed environment ensuring timely delivery and high-quality. Uphold brand consistency across all presentations and collateral, ensuring design align with our visual identity and messaging. Partner with Marketing & Development on design of show sheets Work closely with Insights and Measurement team on design of audience slides and Category Strategy team on category rationale slide design. Maintain and keep current the central repository shared asset and collateral resource site for sales teams. Promote a highly collaborative culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with stakeholders.
