Director, Sales Enablement Proposal Management

The Proposal Management Team is part of the Sales Enablement Group within the NBCU Ad Sales Organization. Sales Enablement collaborates across the organization to drive concise, consistent, and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: Work on a team that creates cohesive stories and pitch decks to support sales goals through planning elements including media/marketing, audience activation, insights and strategy. Create and execute concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. Manage a central repository of assets collateral and go-to market materials. Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Category, Development, Insights and Measurement to deliver custom solutions and quarterly show sheets for growth and differentiation including content and campaigns. Promote a highly collaborative culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders – advocate and champion strategy, team and process. Maintain working knowledge of competitive set to adequately position NBCU.
