Freelance Systems Engineer - NBC Sports Bay Area & California

This is a part-time project/limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Technology team in San Francisco, supporting NBC Sports Bay Area. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting technology and users in our mission-critical media production and enterprise IT environment. A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities: Gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for Content, Operations, Live Events, and Creative Services partners. Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of technology and operations. Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Provide technical support, incident response, and maintain clear customer communication. Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cybersecurity policies and standards. Perform all other duties as assigned.
