Lead dynamic grooming sessions to keep the backlog fresh, organized, and filled with clearly defined features and stories. Ensure precision and clarity by fully documenting product features in JIRA, with measurable acceptance criteria. Collaborate across teams and technical leaders to identify the best solutions that drive client success. Adapt and innovate by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
