Role Summary The HR Director is responsible for leading the onsite HR function for the NBCUniversal Local Los Angeles business. This position is responsible for interfacing & problem solving with leadership, managers, and employees of the NBC & Telemundo TV stations in Universal City, CA.

12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) ROLE PURPOSE This role works across both Production and Corporate environments. Supporting our growing TV, Film & Theatre Production businesses in Australia and New Zealand the HR Manager, is responsible for providing HR leadership, advice and coaching to production leadership teams and contracted cast and crew members.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
