Job Summary: The Production Finance Coordinator will support three Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.

Universal Studio Group (USG) is seeking a Manager, Finance to join our Studio Finance team. The Manager, Finance will play a unique and integral role in helping manage USG’s greenlight process that aligns our leaders for making strategic decisions on new and returning TV series, as well as contributing to the team’s responsibility for overall studio P&L management.

12 month fixed term contract (mat cover) Duties and responsibilities: The Finance Assistant reports to the Head of Finance & Operations. The responsibilities are: Invoicing of Producer fees and reconciling with external accountants on participation statements. This is highly sensitive information and good numeracy skills are required for this task. Updating an excel worksheet to be shared with the Head of Finance which is time sensitive in many cases. Managing and capturing the data for recharges to be invoiced to various productions monthly.

Role Purpose: The Director of Accounting will play a key leadership role on the Corporate Controllership team. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to learn about our portfolio of assets. The position will report to the Group Controller, have responsibility for managing a team and working collaboratively with the peers across the NBCU business areas, and will work closely with finance leadership across the portfolio. This position will ensure the proper accounting on a day to day basis and the reporting of results in accordance with GAAP.

Role Purpose: Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCU’s centralized shared service organization providing various finance and accounting services across the Business Units within NBCU. GFO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Record to Report (R2R) Manager. This manager role will be responsible for the delivery of the R2R functions including general ledger accounting, monthly close activities, asset accounting, account reconciliations and other various processes performed by both onshore and offshore teams.

The Universal Film Group FP&A team is hiring a Director of Finance, responsible for leading the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of global P&L for the entire Film Group. The role is in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with senior executives and opportunities for growth.
