Role Purpose: The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Accounting, will be part of the Corporate Close & Consolidation team. This highly visible role will be a key contributor in delivering Comcast-driven initiatives impacting the overall Company’s global consolidation and reporting process. For successful implementation, the individual will work closely with leadership from Comcast Corporate, cross-divisional NBCU Finance stakeholders, and Technology. Effective project management will include proper alignment of expectations and execution, collaborating with all parties involved.

The Global Accounts Payable Senior Manager – Operations will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about end-to-end processes, is metrics and number savvy with an analytical mindset, has proven change management experience and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever-changing environment. The candidate will work closely with the AP Business Partnership team and the business process outsourcer (BPO). The candidate will be part of the larger Global Finance Operations (GFO) team.

The Finance Assistant will contribute to the function by carrying out a range of duties that include (but are not limited to): Manage the AR process from Invoice to Receipt and ensuring target debtor days outstanding are achieved. Management of bank reconciliations and accurate recording of cash payments and receipts.
